

Located off Quail Hollow Road near Gleneagles Road, Belingrath is a neighborhood of 109 custom homes. It is ideally sited, with convenient access to Uptown and South Charlotte. Park Road, Sharon Road, and Carmel Roads are the main thoroughfares surrounding Belingrath, and access to I-485 is just five miles away.
Construction in Belingrath began in the mid-1980s, with homes ranging in size from 3,000 to 6,000 square feet, on lots averaging a half-acre. The neighborhood, by design, is graced by mature trees and wider, walkable streets.
Belingrath is zoned for CMS’s Beverly Woods Elementary School, Carmel Middle School, and South Mecklenburg High School. All three schools are conveniently located within 2.5 miles of Belingrath.
Quail Hollow and Carmel country clubs are close to Belingrath for golf, tennis, swimming and other social activities. Additionally, TPC Piper Glen, Ballantyne, and Cedarbrook golf clubs are less than 10 minutes away.
The Harris YMCA, located on Quail Hollow Road, features outdoor game fields and a half mile running/walking track as well as indoor and outdoor pools. At the other end of Quail Hollow Road is the Old Town Center, with a grocery and a drug store anchoring a variety of other shops.
SouthPark, one of Charlotte’s premier destinations for dining and shopping, is a mere 2.5 miles away. South End, with its unique shops and micro-breweries is five miles away and is reachable by car or using the Lynx light rail. The light rail and several different street routes offer quick access to Uptown, which is nine miles away.
Belingrath homes are regulated under Home Owners Association (HOA) CC&Rs and Restrictions. Annual fees are very low for the area.
